Another new Elder

I don't know where this blog went, maybe I didn't save it so I am posting it again.
This is Elder Hernandez from Mexico via New York. He has lived for 7 years in New York, but did not learn English. He didn't have to. But lo and behold he was sent to the English speaking mission here. He came to us on April 22. He is very humble and has a very strong spirit about him. He spent some time away from the Church but didn't like how he felt, so he found his branch in New York and resumed living the way he knew he should. He saved all his money for his mission. He has an incredible story. He enjoys bull riding in rodeos. He studies very hard and is doing great with his English. It would be a good time for Cory to learn Spanish, but he is too stubborn. I should learn it to. Elder Hernandez has invited me to join them for language study at 10:00 in the morning. I may take him up on it. I love the things I learn from the Elders that come here. I find this to be an awesome experience for our whole family.
