I didn't write last week because, well there was really nothing to add. My team lost again and I hadn't lost any weight. However this week, my team lost again. They started out so good and now some of them just don't do the challenges. We did lose the most weight, but lost points on
the challenge. Grrr. I on the other hand did lose 3 pounds. Which I will probably gain back this week. We only have 4 weeks left and I am not getting the 25 lbs off that I was shooting for. But
I am getting lots of exercise and eating less on the most part. If nothing else I will be healthier and sorer from exercising. The challenge this week is to be sure to get 8 glasses of water in a day, exercise everyday at Curves and keep our food journal. Not too hard. I will miss not doing the elliptical maching and treadmill while Cory was having therapy. I got up to 20 min. on the elliptical. Which I thought was good because I started out and thought 10 min. was going to kill me. That left only 25 min. on the treadmill rather than the 40-45 I was doing.
I will have to do more stuff at home.
