Wes & Paul went to the snowmobile races at the lake Saturday. They got to see one race before we had to get ready to go to the family reunion. He got a nice picture of this one. Some of them never made it past the starting line. He said that they had a rope with one end tied to the machine and the other end to a milk jug to mark the spot of the poor unfortunate ones that sunk so the could locate them to pull them up. Crazy.

Let it snow, in June?
So this is what we woke up to yesterday morning. It didn't do our garden a whole lot of good.
Chet and Kate had to spend the night in LeGrand, Oregon on their way home to Washington because the pass was closed due to snow. Such crazy scary weather we are haveing this year.

Colts
There are seven new colts out in the pasture by us. Here are a few of the pictures I took. Aren't they adorable? Shasta felt left out and wanted her picture taken also. By the way, hers is not done with the zoom. She prefers to be up close and personal. I just had to add the rocking horse to all the other horse pictures.

Chet's song
Chet wrote this song when a friend of his died suddenly.
He played it for Larry out at the cemetary on Sunday, and
then again for those of us that did not go. It is really a pretty
song that makes me cry as I think about Larry.
